    Mark Andrews has over 39 years of experience in developing and managing economic and community development programs for Non-Profit and municipal organizations. Mark is instrumental in securing Federal, State and Non-Profit grants, and administering financial management information systems.  Mark has managed complex capital construction projects which were completed on time and under budget.  Mark has supervised business office, fiscal staff and completed performance evaluations; reviewed budget requests and budget preparation; served as liaison with external auditors; reviewed audit findings for compliance, economy and efficiency with recommendations for improvement.  Mark was responsible for oversight of risk management; developed and signed contracts; and successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements.  Mark has taught at graduate and undergraduate levels; and has researched and assisted in the publication of major resource texts.

    Gina M. Spaziani is the Associate Vice President of Fiscal Affairs at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.  Most recently the Deputy CFO at the MBTA, Ms. Spaziani has over 25 years of experience in public finance and public higher education roles.  

    She is a business and financial strategist collaborating with senior leadership and department heads to implement organizational transformation initiatives, plan, manage and organize budgets, develop cost saving programs and productivity improvements.  Extensive experience in enterprise wide budget and financial management, operational redesign, financial planning and analysis, audit and financial reporting.  Demonstrated success at optimizing business processes, driving budget development and budget management, implementing key administrative systems, leading internal and external cross-functional teams and ensuring the organization has the resources to succeed.

    Dr. Kurt T. Steinberg is the President of Montserrat College of Art near Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to his current appointment, he served 12 years as Executive Vice President and one year as Acting President at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Ma. 

    An authority in collegiate operations, Dr. Steinberg has delivered guest lectures at Tangshan University, Suffolk University, the University of Massachusetts Boston, and many professional higher education conferences.

    He has participated in site visits for the New England Council on Higher Education (NECHE), the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD), National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), and the National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD). He was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and the North Shore Economic Alliance. He is currently the Treasurer and sits on the Executive Committee for the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design.
