About GART
The goal of GART is to encourage, strengthen and promote the vital role of art and design in all sectors of the global economy by promoting high quality instruction in visual arts and design education through professional development, research, and international dialogue and exchange.
The Association will advance its mission and purpose by: sponsoring public discussions, institutes, conferences and programs; publishing research articles, reports and surveys; and showcasing works by its members to promote worldwide best practices in art and design education.
